By accessing or using desisle.com, you agree to these terms. Our goal is to be transparent and fair - whether you are a client, partner, or visitor.

1. Services

Desisle provides design, development, and marketing services as described on this website. All engagements are governed by signed project agreements or proposals shared with clients.

2. Payments

• For retainers: payments are billed monthly in advance.
• For projects: payments are structured as 50% upfront, 30% mid-project, 20% on completion.
• All taxes and transaction charges are borne by the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All work created by Desisle remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, the client receives non-transferable rights for usage as per the project scope.

4. Confidentiality

We sign NDAs upon request and maintain complete confidentiality of project data and communication.

5. Limitation of Liability

Desisle is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of design and digital work, refunds are not applicable once a project has started. Cancellations must be made in writing with a notice period agreed upon in the project contract.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, India.
